Annual Meeting

The 2025 Annual Meeting of stockholders of Amalgamated Financial Corp. will be held on May 21, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., Eastern Time. The annual meeting will be a virtual meeting. Stockholders of record can attend the meeting via the Internet at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/AMAL2025 by using your 16-digit control number on your proxy card and the instructions included in the enclosed proxy statement. Stockholders who hold their shares in “street name” (i.e. through a bank, broker or other nominee) must first obtain a legal proxy from their bank, broker or other nominee to participate in the virtual meeting, as more fully described on page 4 of the enclosed proxy statement.
