On April 23, 2024, Amalgamated Financial Corp. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share. The dividend is payable on May 22, 2024, to shareholders of record on May 8, 2024. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.

This is a corrected Form 8-K from the one that was originally issued at 4:30 P.M. Eastern Time on April 23, 2024, and it corrects the dividend amount.
